Patz is a collection of thoughtfully designed casitas, each created to offer a unique way of connecting with nature through comfort, simplicity, and beauty. The property is divided into two distinct areas. In one, you’ll find the Treehouse and the Palm House, fully immersed in the jungle. In another, set on a higher part of the land, are Casa Coco and Coquito, both offering beautiful ocean views. From the very beginning, the intention has been to design in deep respect for the surrounding environment, allowing each space to exist in harmony with the landscape that surrounds it. Patz is located alongside a small stream that leads, by foot or a short drive, to a quiet and beautiful beach, often untouched and rarely crowded. Each casita has its own essence and offers a different experience, yet all are designed for rest and connection — featuring king-size beds, air conditioning in the bedrooms, and a bathtub to soak, slow down, and fully immerse yourself in the rhythm of the surroundings.

tree house

Our tree house is a mystical refuge nestled in a majestic fig tree, surrounded by treetops and branches that blend in and out of the space. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow for magical views, creating a unique environment to unwind and rest deeply.

The kitchen and bathroom have been designed with carefully thought-out details to blend in with nature, offering an authentic experience in total harmony with the surroundings. Also, nearby you can relax in the natural water pools, a special place to feel the energy of the jungle.

palm house

The palm tree cottage cleverly combines open and closed spaces, creating a unique experience that invites relaxation and connection with nature. On the ground floor, a cozy space houses an equipped kitchen, a living area with a multifunctional sofa and a hammock that is the ideal complement to so much beauty that surrounds us.

Upstairs, a king-size bedroom and full bathroom offer the perfect shelter for rest. Just a few steps from the cottage, you'll find a natural oasis: beautiful pools of chemical free water where you can immerse yourself and enjoy the magic of the jungle.

coquito house

With stunning ocean views, Casa Coquito is the perfect place to escape too and immerse yourself in the beauty of both the design of the space and the nature that surrounds it.

It has special touches such as a net on its beautiful balcony, a tub located in a unique and intimate setting, surrounded by nature and with a view of the sea, a very special shower, and a practical corner to enjoy a coffee or small cravings, with a coffee maker, minioven and minibar.

Casa Coquito is located close to the main house of Patz, sharing a natural pool, but offering a private experience that allows you to enjoy this dreamlike environment.

Casa Coco is a spacious retreat surrounded by lush jungle and open views of the ocean, every corner of the house invites you to slow down and take it all in. It is the only home on the property with two bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and its own full bathroom, offering both privacy and ease. A fully equipped kitchen, open living area, and generous terrace create the perfect setting to gather, unwind, and move with the natural rhythm of the surroundings. Just steps away, Casa Coco shares a natural oasis with Coquito — a chemical-free natural pool, complete with a playful waterslide that flows into the water. It’s a space to refresh, relax, and reconnect, held by the beauty of the jungle. For groups needing additional space, Casa Coco can be seamlessly combined with Coquito, creating a private three-bedroom setting where the entire area — including the pool — becomes exclusively yours. From sunrise to sunset, the house is filled with expansive views of both the ocean and the surrounding greenery, offering a constant sense of openness, calm, and connection.

Jose was so friendly and helpful. This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. It was a dream and you will never forget the beauty of the trees and birds and the sound of the water and the fresh pools and walking distance to a fabulous beach and the best host you could ask for. Will forever tell our friends and family about this wonderful place and Jose. The tree house was so unique and had all the things you need. Open the doors in the morning and hear the birds and the trees. Would love to come back one day to stay again!!!

This place is amazing, we were absolutely
blown away by the place. Everything is beautiful from the inside to the outside. There's an amazing beach to watch the sunset just a few minutes walk away from here. The location is great—close enough to enjoy Sayulita but far away enough to relax :) Jose and Sabrina were very communicative, helpful, and kind. Great hosts with a really special place!

Malika

This is easily one of the nicest places I've ever stayed and the hosts are absolutely lovely too!

Staying at Casitas Patz was simply one of the best parts of our trip to Sayulita! Everything was perfect from the stunning location of the house (near a gorgeous secluded beach) to the BEAUTIFUL house to the comfy linens, super soft bath towels, to the stunning kitchen that truly feels like you're in the middle of the jungle (which you are, but that kitchen was just stunning). We loved waking up to the sunrise in the trees, hearing the diversity of birds, and getting to learn about the sustainability of the homes and property. Jose and his wife have the most stunning and truly environmentally conscious buildings in all of Sayulita! Being sustainable is not just a trend, it is the basis of how they designed and build their space. It is such a unique experience and one that we will treasure!!

Magic place!
